South Yard Marina at Ferry Point offers a 100 plus slips with floating docks for seasonal boaters accommodating vessels up to 50 ft in length. Each slip features shore power and freshwater hook-ups. Rack Storage

Winter Storage:
COVERED & RACK
Our Marina offers indoor (limited) and outdoor winter storage for all types of boats. SYM has plenty of space for outside storage your boat for the winter months.
We can perform winterization services for mechanical and system winterization to shrink wrapping. We can power wash your bottom, bottom paint it and shrink wrap your boat so it is ready to launch in the Spring. Please contact us to learn more.
Bottom Painting
When your boat comes out of the water for the season, we can do that messy job of bottom painting for you. We can inspect your bottom after power washing to determine prep work that might be needed prior to painting.
Power Washing
We can power wash your boat at seasons end. From a simple cleaning to a more advanced cleaning depending on the needs of your boats bottom. Let us give you a FREE ESTIMATE!
Trailer Storage
We can store your trailer for the summer season in our yard and don’t want to bother transporting an empty trailer back home. Our rates are reasonable and can provide safe and secure storage. Ask for your FREE ESTIMATE.
